Delicious, Tender Beef
Our beef has become known for its high quality eating experience: flavorful, tender, and lean. In keeping with the integral component of TENDER meat, our animals are young (14-18 months) and between 1000-1400 lbs. Black River Cattle Company's beef has been earning growing acclaim due to its savory, "beefier" taste, and its tender and juicy qualities when prepared properly. The quality of the meat can also be attributed to the marbling process we focus on. Marbling is white flecks of fat within the meat muscle. The greater amount of marbling in beef, the higher the grade because marbling makes beef more tender, flavorful, and juicy.

Enjoy Our Beef Any Time of the Year
We sell halves, quarters, and wholes as well as offering individual retail cuts. Halves of beef are a cost effective way to get the greatest variety of meat. Halves are approximately 300-350lbs. hanging weight and include processing, custom-cutting, and wrapping. Regardless if buying whole, half, quarter, or by individual portions, consumers will rest assured that their beef from Black River Cattle Company will be a...."Cut Above the Rest!"
